THE RISK-FREE DISCOVERY GUARANTEE

Maison Atlas operates under an uncompromising seal-protection protocol designed to give you complete confidence in your olfactory purchase.

• 14-Day Evaluation Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• The Companion Flacon Rule: Every 55ml and 100ml bottle arrives with its dedicated complimentary 10ml discovery flacon. Spray, wear, and evaluate the 10ml vial during your 14-day window before breaking the seal on your full presentation box.
• Eligibility for Full Refund: If the fragrance does not meet your expectations, the full bottle may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a complete refund or exchange, provided the exterior security seal and cellophane on the main presentation box remain fully intact and untampered with.
• Opened Full Bottles: Once the primary security seal on the 55ml or 100ml box has been broken or removed, the product is classified as unsealed personal cosmetic goods and cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and batch preservation standards.
