THE 14-DAY PROTOCOL

To initiate an exchange or return under the Maison Atlas Discovery Guarantee, follow these steps:

1. Verify the Main Seal: Ensure the security tape seal on your primary 55ml or 100ml box remains fully unbroken.
2. Contact Concierge: Email concierge@atlasfragrance.com or message our Instagram at @maisonatlas.eg within 14 days of receipt with your order number.
3. Courier Pickup: Our courier service will collect the sealed presentation box from your delivery address.
4. Resolution: Upon atelier verification, your replacement constellation will be dispatched, or your refund will be processed through your original payment method.
